For this payment, you need the card number and (possibly) the pin code of your giftcard. PLEASE NOTE: Do not throw away your giftcard unless you are sure that you keep the purchase. When returning your order, the amount will be refunded on the giftcard.

Please include the order number from your confirmation e-mail when making the payment.
After receiving payment, the order will be sent as soon as possible, within a maximum of 30 days. An indication of (expected) delivery times is provided with each individual article in the shop. Should the delivery time change, or the product become unavailable, we will contact you with a revised delivery date, or we will reimburse the amount to your account.

Due to Brexit, it is no longer possible to order from the UK and ship to the UK.
You can also choose to collect your order. We will send you an e-mail when your order is ready for pick-up, and make an appointment with you for collection. Pick-ups can me made at our premises: Bijlestaal 42N, 1721 PW, Broek op Langedijk (The Netherlands).
Returns and Exchanges
Should you not be completely satisfied with a product, then get in touch with us within 14 days via e-mail.
For all internet purchases, a cancellation period of 14 days applies, from the day of delivery. During this period, you are entitled to cancel the agreement without reason. Within 30 days of receiving the returned goods, Pure Coverz will reimburse your payment in full, providing the goods are returned undamaged, unused and not washed, with original labelling and packaging. Please ensure that returned goods are well-packaged. The shipping risk for returning is for your account. The costs incurred for returning goods will not be reimbursed.
This cancellation period is not applicable for custom-made products, due to the individual specifications of the products. In addition, it is not possible to exchange cut-to-size items (such as fabric, ribbon and lace).
