Description

Beautiful natural (unbleached/undyed) cotton sateen (200 TC) with a wonderful ivory/cream colour. Made of 100% organic cotton, GOTS certified. The fabric is washed and sanforised (pre-shrinking of fabric by humidifying with steam).
This fabric is extra wide (264 cm)!

Our natural fabrics are unbleached and not dyed. As a result, you often still see some seeds of the cotton plant in the fabric. The fabric has a nice and lively appearance and a natural colour. An additional advantage: natural fabrics are generally well suited for people with a (skin) allergy.

Cotton sateen/satin is a cotton fabric that is woven in a satin weave, which makes the fabric very supple. The fabric has a light shine on one side. The amount of threads per square inch is indicated by TC (Thread Count). The higher the TC, the thinner the yarn and the suppler the fabric.

Cotton sateen is suitable for blouses, tops, dresses, skirts, bridal wear, cushion covers, table cloths, bedding, curtains, quilting.
