Beautiful black cotton sateen (200 TC). Made of 100% organic cotton, GOTS certified. The fabric is sanforised (pre-shrinking of fabric by humidifying with steam).
Cotton sateen/satin is a cotton fabric that is woven in a satin weave, which makes the fabric very supple. The fabric has a light shine on one side. The amount of threads per square inch is indicated by TC (Thread Count). The higher the TC, the thinner the yarn and the suppler the fabric.
Cotton sateen is suitable for blouses, tops, dresses, skirts, bridal wear, cushion covers, table cloths, bedding, curtains, quilting.
