On an ecru background, the hand-drawn faces in warm colour accents pay tribute to all women. The back of the cover is also ecru coloured and is decorated with small black dots and larger dots in a warm dark red hue. The organic cotton feels wonderfully soft and will last for years. Percale is a beautiful, finely woven fabric in a plain weave, that feels very soft. Percale is a very tightly woven fabric, and may only be named percale if there is a (minimum of) 200 threads per square inch. This density of the fabric is indicated by TC (Thread Count). The higher the TC, the thinner the yarn and the suppler the fabric. The fabric is smooth, firm and with high breathability, a hotel quality.
