Natural plush Burda Burda

Lovely soft and fluffy natural (unbleached/undyed) plush, by Cotonea. GOTS certified. This fabric has been pre-washed.

Our natural fabrics are unbleached and undyed. As a result, you often still see some seeds of the cotton plant in the fabric. The fabric has a nice and lively appearance and a natural colour. An additional advantage: natural fabrics are generally well suited for people with a (skin) allergy.

Plush is a knitted fabric with fluffy roughened loops at the front side. Because of the knitted structure, plush is slightly elastic broadwise.

Pluche is suitable for jackets/vests/cardigans, body warmers, collars, linings, shawls, soft toys, cushion covers, and baby clothing and accessories, such as baby blankets, sleeping bags and cuddly warm baby wear.

The German brand Cotonea is well known for their good quality textiles made from organic cotton. The cotton is produced in Kyrgyzstan and Uganda, further processing takes place in Europe.

The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is the largest processing standard for organic textiles in the world. The cultivation of the cotton, and the dyeing and processing of the fabric is done as environmentally friendly as possible. Besides, GOTS also stands for fair trade and good working conditions for labor. Better for your skin, better for the planet and better for workers.
