This premium duvet cover Vicia is a beauty. The panel print is inspired by the botanical embroidery of a beautiful bedspread from the Rijksmuseum from around 1875. We see branches with leaves and flowers and if you look up close, you can even see the embroidery. This is digitally printed on the cover, which gives it a rich appearance. On the other side of this duvet cover you see a 17th century guipure lace design. This guipure lace is depicted from very close up, making it more of a pattern. You can also use this cover on both sides. To top it all off, the edges of this duvet cover and pillowcase are decorated with beautiful piping. Each size duvet cover has a panel in the middle and is framed by a decorative edge, this is adjusted for each size so that the print is always nicely placed in the middle.
Cotton sateen/satin is a cotton fabric that is woven in a satin weave, which makes the fabric very supple. The fabric has a beautiful subtle satin gloss and feels very soft and smooth. The amount of threads per square inch is indicated by TC (Thread Count). The higher the TC, the thinner the yarn and the suppler the fabric. With bedding made from organic cotton sateen you will sleep like a baby! It is soft to the skin and a pleasure to sleep under.
